Welcome to Fabusse. By accessing our platform, submitting a sourcing request, booking a consultation, or engaging our fashion manufacturing and logistics services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Fabusse provides B2B fashion business advisory, supplier matching, garment manufacturing coordination, private label production, quality assurance, and international logistics support connecting GCC clients with vetted manufacturers in China.

2. Sourcing Inquiries & Quotations

  • Sample Stage: 100% pre-payment for sample development and courier delivery.
  • Bulk Production: 30% to 50% deposit required upon bulk order placement; remaining balance due upon completion of Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection (FRI) prior to container loading.

5. Quality Assurance & Inspection Policy

Fabusse conducts in-person quality inspections adhering to international AQL 2.5 (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards. If an order fails inspection criteria, Fabusse will instruct the factory to rework or replace non-conforming items prior to export release.

6. Shipping, Customs Clearance & Delivery

For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping arrangements, Fabusse manages export documentation, GCC customs tariffs, SABER/SASO filings, and local delivery. Fabusse is not liable for cargo delays caused by port strikes, customs holds arising from restricted commodities, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All client sketches, brand concepts, tech packs, and custom patterns remain the sole intellectual property of the Client. Fabusse enforces non-disclosure protocols across all vetted factory partners.

8. Limitation of Liability
