Raw Material & Trim Audit
Before cutting begins, we physically test fabric GSM weight, color fastness, shrinkage, and hardware trim durability against your approved counter-samples.
During-Production Line Audit
When 20% to 50% of your order is stitched, our inspectors audit seam tolerances, stitching density, label placement, and size measurement charts.
Final Pre-Shipment Inspection (FRI)
Random sampling based on international ISO/AQL 2.5 standards covering packaging integrity, carton weights, needle detection, and final export clearance.
ON-THE-GROUND QUALITY CONTROL
