Yes — full production requires a finalized tech pack with complete size specs and construction details. If you don’t have one yet, we can help develop it as part of our sourcing service before moving into manufacturing.
Production stops on the affected batch immediately. We flag the issue to the factory, document it with photo/video evidence, and require correction or rework at the factory’s expense before production resumes. You’re notified as soon as the issue is caught, not after the fact — so there are no surprises when the shipment arrives.
It depends on order size, garment complexity, and fabric availability, but most full production runs take 45–75 days from final sample approval to goods leaving the factory, plus shipping time to your destination. We give you a realistic, project-specific timeline once your sample is approved — not a generic estimate — so you can plan launches and inventory accordingly.
