Manufacturing is a coordination problem, not a production problem

Any factory can sew a garment. Very few can take your design from tech pack to finished, checked, export-ready product without you chasing every step: sampling delays, fabric substitutions nobody approved, size specs drifting mid-run, or a shipment that goes quiet for three weeks.

Fabusse manages the entire production cycle for you. Factory coordination, sample approvals, in-line quality checks and logistics, with one point of contact instead of three parties who don't talk to each other.

Without Fabusse you deal with the factory, the inspector and the freight forwarder separately. With Fabusse you have one contact who coordinates all three. Fabric substituted? Sizes drifting? Shipment gone quiet You Fabusse Factory Inspector Forwarder

The manufacturing process

From tech pack to your door in three steps

01

Tech pack and sample approval

Send us your finalised tech pack, size specs and fabric requirements. We coordinate your first proto sample with the factory and manage revisions until it matches your design intent.

You approvethe sample that bulk production must match

02

Production and in-line quality control

Once your sample is approved, we oversee the full production run, checking construction, fabric consistency and fit accuracy at key checkpoints throughout manufacturing.

You getupdates as the run moves, and alerts the moment an issue is caught

03

Final inspection and shipping

Before your goods leave the factory, we run a final quality check, then manage the export documents and logistics to get your finished product to your door.

If something goes wrong mid-run

A problem on the line stops the line

When an issue is found during production, the affected batch stops right away. You hear about it when it is caught, not when the shipment arrives.

Timeline

How long a full production run takes

Most runs take 45 to 75 days from final sample approval to goods leaving the factory, depending on order size, garment complexity and fabric availability. Shipping to the GCC comes on top. Once your sample is approved, you get a timeline for your project, not a generic estimate.

Questions about garment manufacturing

Production timelines, tech packs and quality control during manufacturing, answered for fashion brand founders in Kuwait and the GCC.

Do I need a finished tech pack to start production?
Yes. Full production needs a finalised tech pack with complete size specs and construction details. If you don't have one yet, we can help develop it as part of our sourcing service before moving into manufacturing.
What happens if a quality issue is found mid-production?
Production stops on the affected batch immediately. We flag the issue to the factory, document it with photo and video evidence, and require correction or rework at the factory's expense before production resumes. You are notified as soon as the issue is caught, so there are no surprises when the shipment arrives.
How long does a full production run take from approved sample to delivery?
Most runs take 45 to 75 days from final sample approval to goods leaving the factory, plus shipping to your destination. It depends on order size, garment complexity and fabric availability. Once your sample is approved, we give you a realistic timeline for your project.
What does end-to-end garment manufacturing include?
Tech pack and sample approval, the full production run with in-line quality control, a final inspection, export documents and logistics to your door. You deal with one point of contact instead of a factory, a QC inspector and a freight forwarder separately.
What kind of garments can you manufacture?
Cut-and-sew production from complex luxury wear and modest fashion to high-volume commercial collections.
Do you handle export paperwork and GCC customs?
Yes. We handle export paperwork, GCC import requirements and shipping documents, and coordinate with freight forwarders to get your goods from the factory to your warehouse.
